Cozy Quarter- Long Beach in Sebago

Nestled in the Long Beach community of Sebago Lake, this NEWLY updated cottage sleeps 6 and is just a quick walk around the corner to some great amenities! Head down to the 100 ft. shared sandy beach during the day, then over to Sportsman’s Kitchen & Keg to play corn hole and grab a few drinks at the Tiki bar. Top it off by picking up some dinner to grill from Jordan’s Store, spending your evening reminiscing over fond memories, new and old, from the large screened in porch or around the fire pit. ALL WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE!

Renting a boat for the day or bringing your own? Perfect, there is a private mooring for your use and Long Beach Marina boat rental & boat launch is right around the corner too!

BONUS- The small cabin located next door (Lucky Penny) may be available for an additional rental fee. This is a great space if you plan to have additional family or have older children that need their own space. Shown in the last picture, next to Cozy Quarter, you will find Lucky Penny with a separate driveway to hold 2-3 cars, and a backyard with a small brook running alongside the beautiful fire pit area. Also newly updated, it’s a 1 bed/1 bath cabin with a full kitchen, full bathroom, a screened-in porch with a set of bunk beds in the bedroom and a pull-out sofa in the living room. Please inquire for nightly rates and interior pictures.

INTERIOR: The completely updated interior has 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath. The primary bedroom offers a QUEEN sized bed. The second bedroom offers another QUEEN sized bed. The living room has a QUEEN pullout sofa bed and the screened in porch has a futon that pulls out into a FULL sized bed for added accommodations. The brand new shiny kitchen offers all of the amenities you will need to cook a delicious meal and the living room and dining area offers seating for cozy conversations. Additional seating can be found in the screened in porch area. The entire house is equipped with heat and AC to keep warm in the winter and stay cool in the summer. 

EXTERIOR: Located on a quiet side street, adjacent to Sebago Lake, you will find Cozy Quarter, a small updated cabin. Right out back, you will find a gas grill and additional seating around a beautiful fire pit. This is a beautiful setting at night under the stars! When you are ready for fun on the lake, the 100ft shared sandy beach is a straight walk down. Load up the beach chairs and walk 3 minutes to enjoy your time in the water. The rental comes with one stand up paddle board as well! A mooring is also included in your rental of the property, so whether you are renting a boat for the day or bringing your own, you have the peace of mind, knowing your boat is safely stored. Bonus- Long Beach Marina boat rental & boat launch is right around the corner too! Also located around the corner are Jordan’s Store and Sportsman’s Kitchen and Keg.

SPRING STAYS: Come stay at Cozy Quarter during the springtime in Maine to take in the various blooming trees and flowering landscapes. You will love seeing the trees transitioning from buds to vibrant greens. This season can be tricky in Maine weather wise, so you may want to cozy up to the outdoor fire pit reading an enchanted book or gather in the living room, playing board games next to the roaring fire. Spring fishing is always a fun activity too and there are always plenty of fish in the Spring! 

SUMMER STAYS: Summertime on Sebago? Yes please! There are many activities to enjoy during the summer from boating, fishing, swimming and BBQing. Just 8 miles up Route 114 is the famous Naples Causeway. Enjoy lunch on the water, a ride on the Songo Queen, or various water sport activities during your stay. You’re sure to make lasting memories here.

AUTUMN STAYS: Check out Cozy Quarter during autumn in Maine to really experience the stunning foliage changes that the Northeast has to offer. Make a trip to a nearby apple orchard, take in the local county fair, or enjoy any of the nearby hiking trails during your stay. Once you are back, make hot apple ciders and sip them by the outdoor fire pit under the stars.

WINTER STAYS: Pick one or pick them all! Snowmobiling, skiing, ice fishing, ice skating, snowshoeing, cross country skiing - the list goes on and on! With so many mountains and trails nearby, you are sure to find the perfect winter activity while in Sebago. There is a snowmobile trail right at the end of the road for easy access straight from the property! Outdoor activities not your thing? Enjoy the peace and quiet in this small town and relax by the fireplace. Additionally, located right around the corner is where you will find THE best brunch around. Sportsman’s Kitchen and Keg is open year round, but their delicious brunch only happens during our cold season. 

HOUSE RULES/SECURITY: This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. No parties or underage drinking. Quiet hours between 10pm-7am. There is a STRICT 15 MPH speed limit on this and the surrounding roads. Number of guests past quiet hours may not exceed the number of guests listed. Any and all damages will be reported to Campfire Booking. Exterior security cameras with audio are appropriately placed on the exterior to protect both guests and owners and are only used to ensure the house rules are followed. Maine State Law requires all children 10 and under to wear a floatation device while using any watercraft.

A signed Guest Rental Agreement is required prior to your stay and will be sent to you via DocuSign following your confirmed reservation. Please make sure your email is accurate.

PARKING: 2 cars, 1 vehicle and a boat trailer.

ESSENTIALS: Bed linens and towels are NOT included in your stay due to the absence of washer/dryer units. You will be responsible for any bed linens you will need and any toilet paper that will be needed beyond the two rolls per bathroom that will be supplied to you. Please note that Scott 1000 1-ply toilet paper is the only toilet paper that is “septic safe”. There is no water filtration system, so bottled water is necessary for drinking. 

PETS: We are pet friendly with a fee of $200/pet per stay. Max- 1 dog.
