We stayed here for 9 nights- we were 7 adults, 1 toddler and 1 infant. Gosh we had so much fun!Loved every minute of it. We did everything - drove to Portland twice, drove by the beautiful ocean on US 1A to Portsmouth and Kennebunkport, made jambalaya at home (away from home); lit a bonfire, made s’mores and watched a glorious sunset on the lake, watched a breathtaking storm on the lake from the safety of the cabin, took the canoe and kayaks out on the lake, just chilled on the deck drinking some old fashioneds.It was a complete and fulfilling vacation for our family."

Always came back from morning adventures to cool off in the lake before dinner. We didn’t have a lobster pot but found vendors to steam the lobster for us. On the rainy day, we had a lot of room to spread out in the house. Great spot to vacation!

We were able to go out on the lake on the paddle boards and kayaks no problem and it was lovely! The kitchen had everything we need and we cooked full meals for 6 with easy access to the grocery store nearby. Highly recommend to a group of friends looking to get out of the city!
